Get the work recorded
For service jobs, see appointments and site instructions. Record labour, materials and checklists, then add evidence photos.
Bring the proof back
Capture recipient signatures and delivery photos. Once the server confirms completion, open and share the retained completion PDF.
An internet connection is required to sign in, load work and confirm saves. Retained delivery and service drafts help when reception is interrupted; work is only completed after the app confirms it was saved.

01 · IN BM ADMIN
Set up their access
Add each driver or technician in People & fleet. Open Team access → Driver PIN access and set their sign-in name and four- or six-digit PIN.
02 · ON THEIR IPHONE
Download and sign in
Get Brighter Management Driver from the App Store. Share the four-digit company ID, sign-in name and PIN privately. Existing field logins work.
03 · READY FOR WORK
Assign the day
Release a run in Delivery planner or assign a visit in Service planner. Each person sees their own assigned work in the app.
Already using the browser app?
You can keep using it, or move to the iPhone app with the same company login. Finish or submit unsent work in the browser first. Local drafts do not transfer between apps.
ANDROID, IPAD OR BROWSER
There is still a place for everyone.
On Android, open the Driver Portal in Chrome and add it to your Home Screen. On iPad or if you prefer Safari, the browser app remains available. There is no separate Google Play app at this stage.
THE OFFICE SIDE
BM Admin stays your business home.
The iPhone app is for field work. Company setup, team access, subscriptions and invoicing remain in the Admin Portal.
