What counts as an order?
Each new order counts when it is created, including an order converted from a quote. Editing, delivering or retrying the same order does not count again. Cancelled orders still count. Quotes count only once converted to orders.
When does the monthly allowance reset?
On the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused orders do not roll over. Your company’s Plan & usage screen shows how much you have used.
What happens when we reach a limit?
You can still open existing records and finish deliveries. The system stops additional orders, customers or users beyond your allowance. It does not automatically charge you or upgrade your plan. While Growth checkout is being prepared, contact us if you need more capacity.
How are customers and users counted?
The customer allowance covers all saved customer records, including archived ones. Office users include company owners. Each plan has a limit for active driver profiles and the same number of driver logins. Free includes one office user and one driver; Growth includes four of each.
Do we need to pay for onboarding?
No. You can create a free workspace and configure it yourself. Assisted onboarding is an optional, separately quoted service. Your existing website does not need to change.
Can we buy Growth now?
Not yet. The agreed Growth price is A$100 per month including GST, and live checkout is coming soon. Start on Free today. When paid upgrades open, you will see the price and recurring-payment terms before making a separate payment decision.
Will another business see our information?
Company access is checked on the server for records and documents. A person needs a company membership to use that workspace. Brighter administrators can enter a recorded, time-limited support session when providing assistance.
What if our business is larger than Growth?
Contact us to discuss your monthly orders, number of users and delivery workflow. We will confirm fit and capacity before agreeing a larger arrangement.
