FROM THE FIRST ORDER TO THE LAST STOP

One working day.
One connected workspace.

Your office needs the details. Your warehouse needs the next job. Your driver needs the right delivery. Give them a shared workflow, with access that matches their role.

01

THE ORDER DESK

A clear place for the details.

Create quotes and convert accepted work into orders. Keep customer-specific prices, purchase-order references and delivery instructions with the job. Review approvals and use the order board to see what is waiting, ready or out for delivery.

  • Customers and retained order pricing
  • Quotes and order approvals
  • Order board, search and delivery history
THE HANDOVER“Is this ready to go?”

The office and dispatch team can see the same order status.

02

STOCK & THE WAREHOUSE

Prepare the work behind the delivery.

Manage your product catalogue and stock locations. Record receipts, adjustments and stock movements, raise purchase orders and receive goods. Prepare picking and packing documents against the work your team needs to fulfil.

  • Products, suppliers and purchase orders
  • Stock locations and recorded movements
  • Picking, packing and dispatch documents
A TRACEABLE RECORDKnow what changed.

Stock movements retain a record of the action, rather than relying on a changed spreadsheet cell.

03

DISPATCH & RUN PLANNING

Give the day a practical plan.

Group orders into delivery runs, arrange the stop sequence and assign a driver and vehicle. Record driver availability and release the run when it is ready. The driver works from the delivery details you have prepared.

  • Run planner and stop ordering
  • Driver, vehicle and availability management
  • Released runs and dispatch paperwork
YOU CONTROL THE RUNPlan with local knowledge.

Arrange your own stops. Automated route optimisation and live vehicle tracking are not included.

04

THE DRIVER WORKSPACE

Bring the delivery back to the office.

Drivers sign in on a phone to see assigned deliveries. They record actual quantities, capture a recipient signature or explain an exception. A retained proof-of-delivery PDF keeps the outcome with the order.

  • Driver-specific assignments and sign-in
  • Delivered quantities, signatures and exceptions
  • Retained proof of delivery for the office
WHEN THE DAY CHANGESRecord what happened.

Partial deliveries and recipient-unavailable outcomes stay with the order.
